Charlie's mobile service truck with work lights on at a roadside breakdown
Down right now?

Here's how to get us rolling

  1. Call or text (678) 472-5903. A person picks up, day or night.
  2. Send your location. A map pin is best. Otherwise give the exit or mile marker and which way you're headed.
  3. Tell us what the truck is doing. Won't crank, air leak, overheating, tire, lights, warning codes.
  4. Get a straight ETA. If we can't reach you in time, we'll tell you, so you're not stuck waiting on us.

Have this ready

  • Exact location and direction of travel
  • Make, model and engine if you know it
  • What happened right before it quit
  • Any dash lights or codes showing
  • Tire size and position for tire calls
  • Loaded or empty, and with what
Why drivers call back

Root cause, not the parts cannon

Anybody can throw parts at a truck until the light goes off. You're paying for downtime, so we find what actually failed and fix that.

  • Diesel-school trained, with hands-on time across Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Cat, Volvo/Mack and Navistar.
  • Real diagnostic software on the truck, including Cummins INSITE.
  • Years running a trailer yard. Charlie spent years hooking and dropping hundreds of trailers as a yard spotter and foreman before going out on his own.
  • We tell you straight. If it's not safe to run, we say so. If it's a small fix, we don't dress it up as a big one.

What rolls up to your truck

A shop on wheels, built to not break down itself

Our service truck is a tandem-axle rig set up so we can actually finish the job on the shoulder instead of just looking at it.

Air & power

Rotary-screw air compressor with an onboard generator, plus a big inverter and battery bank. Air tools, welders and lights run without your truck.

Tires & lifting

Liftgate for tires and heavy parts, and air to seat beads and fill. Steer, drive and trailer positions.

Seen at night

Work lights on all four sides and full warning lights so you and the work zone are visible on the shoulder.

Running a fleet?

Start with the annual inspection

Every commercial vehicle needs a periodic inspection once every twelve months. We do them at your yard, so your trucks never leave the property and you don't lose a day per unit. You get a report and decal on every truck, plus a written list of anything that needs attention. In most cases we fix it on the spot.

From there, a scheduled PM program keeps your units available and turns maintenance into a line item instead of an ambush. Contract customers get priority when a truck goes down at 2 a.m.

FAQ

Questions we get

Do you really answer at 2 a.m.?

Yes. The 24/7 line rings to Charlie. If we can get to you we give you an honest ETA. If we cannot, we tell you so you can call someone else instead of sitting there waiting on us.

What kind of trucks do you work on?

Class 6 through Class 8: tractors, straight trucks, dump and vocational trucks, service trucks and box trucks, plus every kind of trailer. Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Cat, Volvo/Mack and Navistar.

How far will you come?

The I-75 corridor from Marietta to Calhoun is home turf, plus Rome, Rockmart, Dallas and the towns in between. Farther out is a call-and-ask. We have driven two hours at midnight for a customer before.

Can you do the repair on the spot, or just a band-aid?

Most roadside calls get fixed right there: air leaks, hoses, electrical, tires, sensors, brakes. If it is not safe to send down the interstate, we say so and help you plan the tow or shop visit.

Do you work with fleets on terms?

Yes. Scheduled PM and DOT annuals at your yard, records kept per unit, invoiced on terms, and contract customers get priority when something breaks at night. See fleet maintenance.
